Commission-based, with a steady book of clients. You’ll have your own table and your own schedule.

Experience with full grooms across all sizes and coat types
Comfortable with doodles and heavy de-shed work
Your own tools, or a plan to get there

Bather / Daycare attendant

The entry point into grooming. Plenty of our groomers started on the bathing side.

Bathing, drying, brush-outs, nails
Monitoring play groups and keeping the floor clean
No experience required, just a real work ethic around dogs

Reception

The first voice every client hears. Phones, scheduling, check-in and check-out, report cards.

Comfortable on a busy phone
Organized enough to keep a full grooming schedule straight
Enjoys talking to people about their dogs
